I was my late Husbands  Nurse and Caregiver.

He had a stroke  and  a broken Neck , I cared for  him.

from2000 until 2007   24/7  in our Home.

we could not get any  Help from the Goverment, since our  Low Income

was  more, then  we should have  to get any help from the goverfment.

I hadto takemy Husband into the Hospital, since he was getting pneumonia

and I could not get him back home.I was told, I was near a breakdown and should

not care for him anymore.

So he was neglected and physically abused in that Hospital and I was not called,

untill he was already dead. That' s why I have a such a difficult time getting true his

passing.
